We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of third-party services.
You should review the privacy policies of third-party providers before connecting or using their services.
15.1 AI Features (Bring Your Own Key)
Our optional AI features only work when an organization administrator connects an AI provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, or another OpenAI-compatible service) using the organization's own API key.
When a member uses an AI feature, the content needed for that request - for example task titles, descriptions, comments, project task lists, member names, and the project's priorities, sizes, and labels - is sent to the connected provider under the organization's account and is processed according to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
We store the API key encrypted, never display it after it is saved, and only use it to fulfil AI requests made by members of that organization. We record the number of AI requests and tokens used, but we do not store the content of AI prompts or responses unless a user chooses to save a result into the Service.
Organization administrators control which AI features are enabled and which members may use them, and can disconnect the provider at any time.
