Organization Audit Log in TaskRely

Membership changes, role changes, a project that quietly got deleted - none of it should require asking around to figure out who did what and when. The Audit Log is a running record of exactly that, for your whole organization.

It logs:

• Members invited, joining, or being removed.
• Role changes, and manager assignments.
• Departments and teams being created or deleted.
• Projects being created, deleted, closed, or reopened.
• The AI provider being connected, changed, or disconnected, and its settings being updated.

Each entry shows a plain-language summary, who did it, their role at the time, and exactly when. That last detail matters more than it sounds - the log records what someone's role was at that moment, so an entry stays accurate even if that person is later promoted, demoted, or has left the organization entirely by the time you're reading it.

This page is only reachable by an organization admin - it's not something a manager or member can open, and it doesn't show up in their sidebar at all. There's nothing to configure or filter here, and nothing on this page can be edited or deleted by anyone - it's a permanent record, not a working document.
