Scoring Readiness Checklist in TaskRely
Performance scoring already runs for every organization - this page doesn't turn it on, off, or gate anything. It's purely informational: it tells an org admin where the underlying data is still too thin for the score to be fully trustworthy yet, so nobody mistakes a number built on half-empty task fields for a solid read on someone's work.
It's admin-only, found under Scoring Readiness in the sidebar.
The seven checks
- Task ownership - at least 80% of active tasks need someone assigned to them.
- Due dates - at least 80% of active tasks need a due date set.
- Task sizes - at least 80% of active tasks need a size.
- Review scope - at least one review cycle needs to exist, so it's actually defined who's included and when.
- Shift policy - at least half your members need to have clocked in at least once.
- Privacy policy - an admin needs to have read and acknowledged the disclosure below. This is the one check that's a click, not a measurement.
- Manager relationships - at least 80% of non-admin members need a manager assigned to them.
Reading a check
Each line shows the actual numbers behind it - "6 of 10 active tasks have a due date," not just a pass or fail. A green check means that bar's been cleared. If your organization has no tasks or no members yet, those checks show green too rather than a wall of red - there's nothing yet to be incomplete about, so nothing gets flagged until there's real data to judge.
The privacy disclosure
Right on this page is a plain statement of what scoring actually looks at: task completion, deadlines, response times, and manager or admin input that's already visible elsewhere in the product. It does not record keystrokes, screenshots, or anything outside the app. Scores are only visible to the member themselves, their manager, and org admins, and the data is kept for as long as the organization's account is active - deleted along with it. A member can ask their manager or an admin to correct any factual task record.
Once an admin has actually read that and clicks "I have reviewed and disclosed this to my team," the privacy policy check turns green - it's a one-time acknowledgment, not something that needs repeating.
