Staying in the loop
My Work: Your Personal Task Dashboard
If you're on five projects, your work is scattered across five separate boards. My Work pulls every task assigned to you, from every one of those projects, into a single table - so you're not hopping between boards just to find your own to-do list.
Each row shows the task, which project it belongs to, its status, its priority, and its due date. Click any task to open it, the same as clicking its card on the board it actually lives on.
A couple of controls sit above the table:
- Group by - Status, Priority, Due date, or Project. Grouping by due date is particularly useful here, since it buckets everything into Overdue, Due this week, Due later, and No due date, rather than a wall of individual dates.
- Show completed - off by default. Finished tasks stay out of the way until you actually want to see them; tick the box to bring them back.
One thing worth knowing: if a project gets closed, its tasks stop showing up here at all, even the ones still assigned to you. My Work only reflects active, open projects.
