Ways to see the work
Calendar View in TaskRely
The board tells you what stage a task is in. It doesn't tell you that five different things are due on the same Friday. Calendar view does. Here's how to open it.
- Open your project. You'll see its list of departments first.
- Click into a department. This opens that department's board.
- Find the small row of tabs near the top - Board, List, Calendar, Workload, Timeline. Click Calendar.
Now you'll see the current month laid out like a normal calendar, one box per day. A task shows up on the day it's due, in a small colored strip that matches its status. If a day has more than three tasks due, you'll see a "+N more" note instead of the full list.
A few things worth knowing:
- Click a task to open it, the same as clicking its card on the board.
- Use the arrows at the top to move to the next or previous month, or click Today to jump straight back to now.
- Only tasks with a due date show up here. If a task doesn't have one yet, it won't appear on the calendar at all - check List view for those.
This view is best for one simple question: what's due, and when. If a week looks empty and the next one looks packed, that's something worth catching now, not the day it happens.
