Inviting Team Members in TaskRely
There are two different things you might mean by "invite someone" - bringing them into one specific project, or bringing them into your organization as a whole. They use the same search-or-email pattern, but they're separate invitations that live in separate places.
Inviting someone to a project
Open the project, go to Settings → Manage access, and you'll see two tabs. Existing member lets you search by name and pick from anyone already using TaskRely; By email lets you invite someone by their email address directly, creating an account for them if they don't have one yet. Either way, pick their project role - Admin, Write, or Read - before sending it.
This search isn't limited to people already in your organization - you can invite anyone, including someone entirely outside it, as a project-only guest.
Inviting someone to your organization
This one's admin-only, and it lives on a different page: open Organization from the sidebar. The same two tabs show up - search by name, or invite by email - except the role you're setting here is their organization role (Admin, Manager, or Member), not a project role.
Accepting an invite
A project invite arrives as an email with a link, plus a notification in-app. Clicking either one lands the invitee on a page that accepts it automatically and drops them straight into the project - as long as they're signed in with the account it was sent to. Signed in as someone else, they'll be offered a way to switch accounts instead of just a dead end.
An organization invite works a little differently - once the invitee logs in, they'll see a card right on their own Organization page saying who invited them and what role they'd have, with Accept and Decline buttons on it directly.
