Ways to see the work
List View in TaskRely
The board is good for watching work move. List view is better when you just want to see every task at once, in rows, like a simple table. Here's how to get there and how to use it.
- Open your project. You'll see its list of departments first.
- Click into a department. This opens that department's board.
- Find the small row of tabs near the top - Board, List, Calendar, Workload, Timeline. Click List.
Now every task shows up as one row in a table. You'll see the title, the status, the priority, the due date, the size, and who's assigned - all in one line, no clicking into anything.
A few things you can do from here:
- Type into the search box at the top to find a task by its title.
- Use the dropdown next to it to show only tasks in one status, or switch it back to "All statuses".
- Click on a column name - Title, Status, Priority, or Due date - to sort the list by it. Click the same name again to flip the order.
- Any task that's overdue shows its due date in red, so it stands out without you having to check each row.
The table itself is just for looking - to actually change something, click the task's title. That opens the task, the same page you'd reach by clicking its card on the board, and from there you can edit anything on it.
