Project Completion Star Reviews in TaskRely

Not every judgment call needs a formal cycle behind it. When a project wraps up, an admin or manager can leave a plain 1-5 star rating for each person who worked on it - a quick, honest read on how that project went for them, separate from the ongoing performance score.

Open Reviews from the sidebar and you'll see a row for every teammate on every completed project you're allowed to review. Click the stars to set a rating, add an optional comment, and click Save. You can search by member or project name, filter down to one project, and sort by newest or by rating.

There's a window on this, and it's worth knowing: you can only add or change a review within 7 days of the project being marked complete. While that window's open, you'll see how much time is left; once it closes, the row shows "Window closed" and can't be touched anymore - not even by an admin.

These ratings aren't just filed away - they roll up into the average star rating shown on a person's public profile, so it's worth taking a moment on them rather than rating on autopilot.
